  There have the worst customer service ever I came across.
  
  I have to drop some prepaid parcel on the outside plaza box.
  Unfortunately the express post drop box have parcel stuck on the opening. I have no choice but to drop of "one" prepaid express post parcel to them.
  
  One of the Chinese lady was rudely telling me, "drop outside the box ". I have explained the reason and she commanded me go to the Q.
  So I go the lining up and suddenly I saw one of the customer just walk in and drop whole bunch of letter to that " rude Chinese lady". guess what? she just accept it without asking them to go to Q

  Got an item delivered to the post office. Came to collect and staff said they couldn't find it and told me to come the next day or until i get a phone call. Went the next day and staff again say that they couldn't find my item. And so, the staff told me to come back the next day AGAIN. I was furious so I told them that am i keep going to come back and never receive my item? WTF is wrong with the service and staff honestly. They have no logic whatsoever. After I was so mad, the manager came and went searching for my item. He FOUND IT and it was literally THERE. The manager apologized to me for the stupidity and I was stunned that it was ACTUALLY THERE. I asked i him how did he find it but not the staff and he said that 'he checked the items one by one'. LMAO The staff should be FIRED and it's absolutely DISGUSTING. They HAVE eyes I'm SURE and they couldn't even find it. YUCK. REVOLTING. DO NOT recommend this place for ANYONE AT ALL.
